We offer extended hours on Saturday mornings between 09:00am - 12:00pm, at the main Kingthorne Practice on Thorne Road only.

Prescriptions – How to order

SystmOne Online

You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services. You will need a username and password for this, contact us if you do not have one. Click TPP SystmOnline.

In Person or Post

Complete your Repeat Slip by ticking or underlining the items needed, then drop this into our 'Prescription Box' in Surgery or post it to our address.

Blood Tests

If you have been advised by a clinician you need a blood test please book an appointment with the Health Care Assistant. If you have a blood form, please bring this with you. You may be asked to fast for a blood test. This involves having nothing to eat or drink except water from midnight before the test.

Urine Samples

Please always bring a urine sample to a:

  • New Patient Health Check
  • Diabetic clinic
  • Hypertension clinic

If you are dropping of a urine sample please do so before 3 pm so we can transport the sample to Doncaster Royal Infirmary for analysis.

Test Results

If your result is abnormal, the practice will endeavour to contact you. Your blood results are available to view on your online account after 5 days.
