Prescriptions – How to order
SystmOne Online
You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services. You will need a username and password for this, contact us if you do not have one. Click TPP SystmOnline.
In Person or Post
Complete your Repeat Slip by ticking or underlining the items needed, then drop this into our 'Prescription Box' in Surgery or post it to our address.
NHS App
You can order medication via the NHS App

Appointment information
How to book an appointment:
There are 4 ways to book an appointment:
- Via Online Access
- Via our Online Messaging service (AccuRx)
- Via the mobile app called 'NHS App'
- At reception at either Kingthorne or Edenthorpe
- Via the telephone.
Our preferred methods are via the Online Access. Using these will help us to free up the phone to reception to enable emergency calls to be dealt with as quickly as possible.
Appointments
When booking an appointment online you will press to book then you will be asked to press confirm, if you do not press confirm at this point the appointment will not be booked for you.
Please be advised all appointments available online to book are GP & ANP Telephone Appointments. If they wish to see you following the telephone consultation they will arrange for you to attend.

Have routine appointments that are available to book, should you require more urgent attention than what is currently available online you should contact the surgery on 01302 342832 and discuss your needs with the receptionist.
