SystmOne Online

You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services. You will need a username and password for this, contact us if you do not have one. Click TPP SystmOnline.

Complete your Repeat Slip by ticking or underlining the items needed, then drop this into our 'Prescription Box' in Surgery or post it to our address.

If you wish to register at the practice please visit either of our surgeries and bring with you some form of identification if you have any. If not, we are still able to register you but cannot register you for our on line services. Once you have completed a registration form we will be able to register you at the practice. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the practice.

Both these services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and mean that you do not have to wait on the phone to speak to a Care Navigator. It will also help to free up reception time, which helps both you the patient and the practice. We are trying to free up the telephone to enable patients quicker access to the surgery, especially if they have an emergency. We thank you for co-operation with this, but also hope you will prefer the new systems. We have had very positive feedback so far.

Publication Of Earnings


All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.


The average pay for GPs working in Kingthorne Group Practice in the last financial year was £80,694 before tax and National insurance. This is for 1 full time GP and 6 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
